BetterU
Twenty (20) Northeast Indiana women will be selected to participate in the 12-week challenge. Participants will receive free wellness screenings, medical consultations, coaching from personal trainers and dieticians, plus additional resources to help them make healthy changes to their lives. BetterU begins on Friday, August 24th with an overnight at Camp Potowatomi. Applications are due by Tuesday, August 7, 2012. To complete a BetterU application please click the following link:

Women Under Pressure
Join us on Saturday, October 6th at McMahon Tire at the Glenbrook Square location from 9:00 AM to Noon.
Women are always under pressure. We need to take great care of ourselves just as we do our cars. Learn how to read your tire pressure, keep your car running tip-top and get a free tire pressure gauge at McMahon Tire in Glenbrook Square. We will also check your blood pressure and have free screenings and pampering with chair massages.
