Submit a nomination today to be considered in August 2016 for the 2016-17 Real Women. Real Change campaign.
Real Women. Real Change., sponsored by UnitedHealthcare, recognizes women who have made a positive change to improve their quality of life and health over the past year, such as losing weight, becoming active, eating healthier and/or managing chronic diseases such as diabetes and cholesterol.
Nominations for Real Women Real Change can be submitted by friends, co-workers or relatives, and individuals can nominate themselves. Ten women will be chosen as finalists for Real Women. Real Change., with three winners selected in late November. All finalists will receive a special gift - the three winners will get to pick out a brand new red dress at Macy's (up to $250 value!) and the seven finalists will receive a $50 Macy's gift card!

Popular Vote (through Facebook campaign)
As Real Women. Real Change. ambassadors, the winners will kick-off the 2017 Red Dress Dash in February on Monument Circle, attend the 2016 Go Red For Women Luncheon, and be recognized in the Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis Business Journal and other channels including Facebook and an official press release.
