Please plan to arrive at 10:30 AM. This year’s program will be held in the Palladium's stunning theatre, and guests will select their own seats.

What to Wear
Red, of course! Guests will spend time on their feet while mingling, eating, and exploring two floors of the beautiful venue. Plan your footwear accordingly and just bring the essentials! Leave your heavy purse at the office. Coat check is available.
Parking
Carpooling is recommended. Free parking is available on surrounding streets and in parking garages within easy walking distance. The nearest garage is at the Tarkington and Studio Theater building, just south of the Palladium off 3rd Avenue. Handicap accessible drop-off is located at the West Entrance. Program
This year’s program will be held in the stunning theatre, and guests will select their own seats. That’s one of the reasons we recommend arriving early and carpooling, so you’ll get a good seat with your friends. During the program, guests will enjoy a fashion show, LIVE auction and LIVE special appeal.
What’s a live special appeal, you ask? It’s when the auctioneer says, “Who will give $xxx to support the American Heart Association’s lifesaving mission?” and you raise your paddle at your level of choice. Levels will be $5,000; $2,500; $1,000; $500; $250; $100. There will not be donation cards at each seat this year, but don’t worry: guests will still have the option to give privately and the firefighters will still make an appearance!
This is a fundraiser for an incredible cause. Over the past 15 years, hundreds of thousands of women’s lives have been saved because of GRFW, but unfortunately one woman still dies every 80 seconds from cardiovascular diseases.
Our goal is to raise $150,000 during the program, which averages out to a $250 donation per person. Many will give more, or less. We hope that everyone will open their hearts (and wallets) and give generously at whatever level they can.
Auction – Live & Silent
You can also raise your paddle to bid on fabulous live auction items during the program! Due to space constraints, the silent auction will take place completely online through our bidding website. Each guest will receive the bidding link as soon as the silent auction is live. The silent auction will close at the beginning of the program on Feb. 27th.
Lunch
We listened to your feedback, and we’re skipping the round tables and plated lunch this year. Instead, guests will enjoy a cocktail-style luncheon with food stations placed throughout the beautiful venue. We’ll have some seating available, but this format will allow for mingling, exploring and fun. Each food station will have different fare, so we encourage you to visit them all!
